Get Fit Fennimore 2014!

Wednesday January 15 - Wednesday April 2

This 12-week health, nutrition and weight loss program combines mini health education sessions, weight loss sessions, tips for healthy living and exercise classes to help you boost your metabolism and feel good about yourself inside and out! Official weigh in times will be held every week on Wednesdays at the Fennimore Memorial building January 22nd - March 26th from 4:30 - 7:00pm or anytime on Wednesday through Thursday at NOON at Fennimore Fitness. The deadline to qualify for weekly prizes is 7 p.m. each Wednesday (see the rules and regulations).

The final Get Fit Fennimore weigh-in will be April 2.

Participating in Get Fit 2014 is easy.

  1. Sign up as an individual participant and pay the $25 participation fee.
  2. Participants will be entered into the prize drawing with TICKETS given weekly throughout the course of this program.
  3. By participating weekly throughout the course of the program, your chances to win prizes on the final night are greater than those who only participated once.

The class topics are designed to cover a wide variety of subjects to inform and support the participants to achieve a healthy life through healthy habits. Nutrition, health management, stress management and exercise classes will be offered.
